For clients who require either ad-hoc support or continuous support from us and would like to control the budget spent on Information and Cyber Security related services we created several packages that are listed below.
Established Businesses

Established businesses for pricing purposes are those companies that have been operating for at least 5 years. However, if required, we will also enable small businesses to purchase “Unlimited” subscriptions.
All unlimited packages cover general Information and Cyber Security advice and support while subscription remains valid. In addition, for added flexibility, days can be used up as credits towards additional activities e.g. security testing.
The unlimited packages allow our customers to contact us via agreed/preferred communication channel e.g. by telephone to discuss either generic security issues or specific problems, vulnerabilities or issues that require urgent attention.
Any of the available packages offer access to the Information Security and Cyber Security Professional who will be able to help, and assist our clients immediately without the red tape and administrative overheads that are usually generated when businesses interact with other businesses.
Start-ups, Small Businesses and Consumers

Start-ups businesses for pricing purposes are companies that have been operating for less than 1 year (start-ups). All other small businesses operating for less than 5 years will also be able to purchase “Start” subscriptions. Consumers are non-business customers e.g. private individuals in this context. If requested, we will also enable established businesses to purchase “Start” subscriptions.
Only Start 5 and Start 6 packages offer access at fixed cost to the Information Security and Cyber Security Professional who will be able to help, and assist our clients immediately without the red tape and administrative overheads that are usually generated when businesses interact with other businesses. Small businesses require much more support than larger organisations to ensure that the environment is secure by design therefore the packages on offer are as competitive as they can be at this price point.
